Producing a Municipal Utility Annual Report

Led project management, design, and production of the Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities’ annual report summarizing departmental accomplishments and priorities. By bringing most of the process in-house and coordinating collaboration with subject matter experts across the department, the project reduced production costs by more than $5,000 annually. The revised workflow enabled faster revisions, stronger collaboration, and a polished report delivered in time for the Public Utilities Advisory Committee’s annual meeting.
