Improving Student Communications Through Template Governance

Led a large-scale review and revision of more than 400 email templates used by frontline staff in WGU’s Student Records department. Developed a structured evaluation rubric and implementation guide to ensure templates met consistent standards for clarity, tone, accessibility, and accuracy. The project improved messaging consistency across high-volume student communications while enabling staff to maintain and update templates more effectively in the future.
