Developing a Public-Facing Newsletter

Developed and launched The Pipeline, a monthly community-facing newsletter for the Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities. The publication provided residents with accessible updates about infrastructure projects, water conservation initiatives, and departmental priorities. Through coordinated content planning and collaboration with subject matter experts, the newsletter expanded its audience significantly and created a new channel for explaining complex utility work to the public.
